Your preferred appointment time will be confirmed wherever possible within the next business hour but certainly within four business hours.
Service appointments for most fast turn-around work such as Fault Code diagnostics, Lube Services or Tune-Ups, can be accommodated at reasonably short notice. Our Service Department retains well trained professional technicians in numbers that generally enable us to assist you when you need help the most.
Field service or on-site service is available subject to the availability and prior commitments of our service technicians and their specialist vehicles. This work should be planned well in advance wherever possible to ensure that your needs can be met as required. Booking for this work can be made on-line also if you wish to use that facility.
Emergency Breakdowns are best advised by telephone to the Workshop Manager.
