The customer is to deliver the alleged faulty hose to Torquepower at the Customer's freight cost along with a copy of the original purchasing invoice. If after investigation, Torquepower accepts the validity of the customer's claim, the hose will be replaced free of charge including cost of freight back to the customer's original address. No other warranty is expressed nor implied. Torquepower's decision on any such matter is final.
