Torquepower maintains well equipped in-field or on-site service vehicles to support our clients needs in the event that the equipment requiring service is not mobile.

As a general rule, Torquepower's service is not available for pleasure boats.
Field Service activities extend from scheduled lube services to minor operational adjustments, scheduled tune-ups or unscheduled equipment failures and are generally only available to those existing customers who have established credit account facilities with the company.
In the event that Torquepower is unable to assist you with an urgent Cummins equipment breakdown it will pass your details to the nearest Cummins distributor and have them contact you directly. For current Torquepower credit account holders, we may, for your convenience, raise a Purchase Order to the Cummins branch and then charge your account here at Torquepower.
Service coverage is generally limited to Queensland, Northern New South Wales and the Pacific Islands although requests for service in other areas will be considered.
