Cummins Onan covers generators from small petrol units to larger gensets utilizing some of the mainstream heavy duty Cummins diesels.
Torquepower provides in field Cummins parts, service and support to the commercial marine market with an emphasis on work boat propulsion engines and diesel generator sets. Our fully equipped service support vehicles and technicians are able to tackle minor or major Cummins service interventions as required.
As a general rule, service is not offered for petrol powered Onan generators nor Cummins engines when installed in pleasure or leisure craft. If engines are removed from these vessels for service, we will gladly assist with any level of service at our central workshop, including and up to major overhaul or replacement new engine pre-commissioning.
Payment for Services
Marine field support is generally restricted to Torquepower customers with established credit account facilities. If you do not have a credit account you will be asked for your credit card number which will be charged in advance and by specific agreement with you, with a substantial portion of the anticipated repair costs before the technician is dispatched. Your authorization to charge the card in advance includes also your specific authorization to charge the card again once the balance of the final repair value is known. A detailed and itemized account will be forwarded to your address along with evidence of the credit card receipts once the transaction is completed. This is a basic and essential condition for the provision of field services by Torquepower. Payment by any other means, including cash, is not available.
