Entry to the business is off Beatty Road into a large enclosed yard to the side of the workshop. Some parking is available on street but this is limited. Suitable trailer drop areas are located within minutes of the service facility. Call us for specific advice in relation to trailer parking.
The workshop boasts four high wide access doors leading into seven spacious truck bays with each bay more than 15 metres long. Customer Access to the workshop is generally limited due to OH&S considerations.
A fifth workshop bay contains a fixed large four post Bend Pak Hydraulic Hoist suitable for vehicles to 12 tonnes. This provides for thorough lube services as the hoist delivers a more pleasant and comfortable environment in which the service technician can operate - hence a better job for you in the end. The workshop is further supported by mobile Enduroquip hoists which are used both for servicing trucks or trailers and deeper maintenance works.
The workshop incorporates a dedicated component rebuild area and two engine assembly bays equipped with Bacharach engine roll-over stands.
Outside of the main workshop building are two fuel injection rooms and a Driver's Lounge. The Fuel Rooms include two fuel pump test benches, two injector test benches and a myriad of jigs, adaptors and other specialised equipment for the overhaul or service of Cummins PT pumps and injectors. Our latest Hartridge (UK) injector stand is equipped with Hartridge HK860 EUI accessory and can handle Cummins Celect Injectors for N14 and M11 and ISM engines.
Separate environmentally controlled and certified cleaning areas help to ensure a thoroughly professional final product while the company meets its trade waste compliance responsibilities.

Under the company's Cummins Dealership Agreement, Torquepower is obliged to carry 45 days supply of common Cummins stock and this is audited by Cummins periodically to ensure the service levels are maintained.
