Provided your old core meets published re-use or re-buildable guidelines, your core deposit will usually be returned in full. In the case of unacceptable damage to the trade-in item, a lesser value than the core deposit will mostly apply. In some cases we can offer the unit on an outright basis at a value that is less than the sum of the exchange price plus core deposit.
