As a general rule and in accordance with our responsibilities under the Workplace Health and Safety Act, customers are not permitted within the workshop area unless they are invited, supervised and appropriately attired.
If we believe that you need to see a problem that has been uncovered in your vehicle during the course of the service work, we will invite you to accompany the Workshop Manager to the vehicle for that specific purpose.
Before we do so, we will first ensure that you are wearing suitable clothing and appropriate footwear. If you do not meet minimum safety criteria in respect of these things you will not be permitted into the work area.
While in the workshop you must follow directions given to you by the escorting staff member at all times and must not wander away from the area that you were invited to inspect until that inspection is completed. Thereafter you must exit the service area immediately.
If you wish to see something on your vehicle in the course of our work, please feel free to ask the Workshop Manager and he will try his best to accommodate you in line with the standards outlined above.
